FireFly Media specializes in UAV drone cinematography and aerial photography. Based on years of on set and production experience, we understand the needs of directors and directors of photography. We are licensed by the FAA to conduct commercial flight operations for motion picture and television productions. Fully insured with liability and equipment insurance. IATSE Local 600 crew available.

Our heavy lift platforms are designed to carry professional grade cinema and photographic cameras. All of our pilots and crew members are dedicated to the their craft. We are visual storytellers who will work with your creative team to bring your vision to life.

STOCK FOOTAGE

FireFly Media has an extensive library of establishing shots of iconic cities from around the world, landmarks and points of interest for your production. Please contact our licensing department for more information.

Heavy lift drones to support Arri Alexa Mini RED Helium/Monstro, Canon C200/300/500, Sony FS5, A7S. Cooke mini S4, Zeiss CP2/3, FIZ control. DJI Inspire 2 with CDNGProRes and X5S or X7.

GIMBALS

With such a high payload, our custom heavy lift X8 is able to carry a variety of gimbals, each suited for the task at hand.

SENSOR PAYLOAD

Our KX-8 is capable of carrying a wide range of image sensors. We can fly everything from an Arri Alexa Mini and Red Camera to a A7S2 or GH5. For high resolution still images, we fly the Canon 5D4, Sony A7R2 and the PhaseOne iXM-100MP.
